Necklace artist handmade lanyard lariat lavalliere
Local artist made lariat or lanyard style necklace in shades of rose, pink, purple and cream. Necklace is on gold tone chain and contains – amethyst, freshwater coin pearls, dyed oyster shell, clear polished quartz, rose polished quartz, raw rose quartz, dipped pearls (glass beads dipped in a medium that makes they look like pearls), blown Venetian glass beads.

Nice Chico’s pre-owned pendant necklace with wire strips that hold earth tones, oranges, reds, blacks small pieces of beads, glass, stone, metal, wood plastic.
The necklace ends with a large pendant of hammered gold tone metal with a strip of enameled metal that has animal print on it.
Has rods with inset stones of turquoise, lapis, sugilite, onyx, malachite & azurite-malachite. Strung together on wire with silver balls separating the rods with stones. You can see some inclusions in the lapis stone (see pictures) – they look like light scratches but they are veins of gold showing as inclusions in the lapis – they are not defects.
Jeweler and silversmith told me the bracelet looks Hopi or Navajo in design, although it was made in the Taxco Jewelry school in Mexico. Native Americans go to the Taxco school to learn the craft.
